At Unfazed Sports Agency our main aim is the athlete. By minimizing non-essential issues we try to create an environment, where athletes can realize their full potential. 

How do we approach this ?
Firstly, it's essential to help the player recognize their own abilities. The next step is to create a plan that benefits both the athlete and Unfazed. Through an intensive and focused training schedule, along with effective analyses, we prepare the player for the next move.

Motto

Our motto, "Creating Opportunities," embodies our mission to empower players to showcase their skills at the highest level. Everyone has stories like, "I could have achieved greatness, but I never had a chance." At Unfazed, we are determined to rewrite those narratives. We provide players with meaningful opportunities to unlock their full potential. By the end of their careers, we want them to reflect with pride, knowing the truly gave their all. This is far more fulfilling than living with " what could have been." 

FIFA Licensed Agent

As a FIFA Licensed Agent, I have the interests of the player at heart. We do so, to make sure the player can completely focus on being a football player, and isn't burdened with the responsibility of arranging their own trials or having their own contract negotiations.

Beside business we make sure to guide, mentally coach and support players through the different facets of growing and evolving as a player.

Licensed Trainer

At Unfazed we work with a licensed trainer, who takes the player on individually and works on elements which will benefit the athlete.

Whether it's a footballer out of contract or a footballer, who's coming back from an injury. The trainer will set up a plan, which will eventually lead to the set goal.

Just like the licensed agent our licensed trainer also has the task to mentally support the athlete.

Besides training individuals, there are also sessions for a complete group.
